The Learning Project is celebrating
almost 25 years of
service. Beginning in 1985, among our first projects was directing cross
cultural training for Peace Corps volunteers in Nepal and conducting research on
traditional Hmong medicine in refugee camps in Northern Thailand. Our most
recent projects have focused on building learning organizations and facilitating
the implementation of long range diversity initiatives into strategic plans for
large organizations.
The Learning Project is a highly flexible, diverse and creative
firm. We specialize in creating high performing, diverse, and dynamic
learning organizations. Maggie Finefrock is our founder and leads The Learning Project team.
She has over thirty-five years of experience in education, public service, cross
cultural consulting, and organizational development.
